Terms and Conditions

Camronic is an AI photo editor for iOS and Android. The app analyzes the photos you import, surfaces the best of the shoot, and applies AI-assisted edits. You may also adjust photos manually using the in-app editor.

We may add, change, or remove features at any time as the product evolves. Where the change is material, we will tell you in the app.

You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country, to use Camronic. By creating an account you confirm that the information you provide is accurate.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe and for activity that happens under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us at hello@camronic.com.

You own your photos. Nothing in these terms transfers that ownership to us.

When you use the app, your photos are stored on your device only. To perform AI analysis or render an edit, the app sends a small preview or a working-resolution copy to our processing service. Those copies are used to produce the response and are not retained on our servers afterwards.

Uninstalling the app removes the local Camronic copy of your photos from the device. Your photos in your phone's gallery are not affected.

You agree to use Camronic only for lawful purposes. You will not use the service to process content that is illegal in your country, that infringes on the rights of others, or that depicts minors in a sexual or exploitative way.

You agree not to attempt to reverse engineer the app, interfere with our servers, or use the service to build a competing product.

We may suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms.

Photo scores, scene detection, and suggested edits are produced by AI and are provided as guidance. They are not perfect. Results may not always be accurate, and you remain in control of which photos to keep and how to edit them.

We do not use your photos to train public AI models. We do not sell your photos. We do not share them with advertisers.

Camronic offers a free tier and may offer paid tiers. Paid features are billed through your app store account and governed by the terms of purchase shown at the time of subscription.

Cancellations and refunds are handled by the relevant app store under their standard policy.

The Camronic app, the camronic.com website, the brand, and the software that powers them are owned by Alria Group AB and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for its intended purpose.

To the extent permitted by law, Alria Group AB is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Swedish law.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after a material change means you accept the revised terms. The current version is always available at camronic.com/terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Sweden, unless mandatory consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim in the courts of your country of residence.
